To add notes for specific substitution requests or include additional comments, follow these steps:
- Tap the grocery cart icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and select "View Full List."
- Use the drop-down arrow to choose your substitution preference, then enter any extra instructions in the "Add Notes" section.

Paper coupons cannot be redeemed through Commissary CLICK2GO® and must be redeemed using the pay in store option.

You can cancel an order up to 4.5 hours prior to your reserved pickup time using the following steps:
- Log into shop.commissaries account
- Select “My Account” then select “My Orders”
- Select the order you want to cancel then scroll down and click "Cancel Order"
- Select “Yes” to continue

- Choose your commissary location.
- Search your products by name or select the department and category links to browse our virtual aisles.
- When you're ready, complete checkout and choose your pickup time.

The vast majority of items sold in the commissary are available through Commissary CLICK2GO®. Most grocery, health and beauty, dairy, frozen, and produce items will be offered, as well as a wide selection of meat, delicatessen, bakery and seafood items. If you know an item is sold in the store but can't find it in Commissary CLICK2GO®, ask for it in the comment/instructions box and the fulfillment worker will add it to your order if it is available

Yes. Modifications to your order can generally be made up to two hours after the order is submitted. Sign in/choose My Account/choose Order History/see Options Available. If no options are shown, contact us by email or phone with the items you would like added to your order. More detailed instructions are available once you're signed in to shop.

Payment is collected online. Your final payment may differ slightly, (higher or lower), from the estimated total shown online due to variable-weight items like produce and meat. Additionally, DeCA’s pricing policy, similar to other grocery retailers, charges the item price in effect at the time and day of pickup.

Yes. The same documentation required for in-store shopping is required at curbside. These requirements are based on guidelines specific to your installation, but normally consist of an Agent Letter or Agent Card and the sponsor's military ID.

There is no minimum order size or minimum dollar amount.

There is a minimum six-hour lead time from time of order to time of curbside pickup. For example, an order submitted at 0500 can be picked up the same day as early as 1100. Orders placed after noon will default to the next available pickup time on the following day. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, up to six days in advance of the desired pickup date. |

No, Commissary CLICK2GO® employees are not allowed to accept tips. Delivery drivers can be tipped through the application during the checkout process.

Debit, Military Star, Visa, EBT/WIC vouchers, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments are accepted online.
Select “Pay in Store” for Commissary Gift Card payments, cash, check debit cards requiring PIN entry & WIC vouchers.

You can allow substitutions for all or individual items in your order by adding notes to your order.
When placing your online order, check the "allow substitutions" box and enter any specific instructions in the "general comments/instructions" box. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences by substituting a like item closest in size and price to the actual item ordered.
If you're not completely satisfied with the product we substituted, you may have it removed from your order at curbside pickup.

A minimum lead time of three hours is required between order submission and curbside pickup. For example, an order placed at 7 a.m. can be picked up the same day starting at 10 a.m.

If, for any reason, a patron is not satisfied with merchandise they have paid for and taken from the commissary, the item may be returned for a refund or exchanged at customer service.
