As part of these holiday deals, commissaries continue to offer sale prices on select turkeys for just 69 cents per pound with no minimum purchase through Dec. 31, while supplies last.

When Cynthia Morgan took over as the Defense Commissary Agency’s chief financial officer (CFO) in 2018, she walked into a growing tradition of unmodified opinions reflecting DeCA’s ability to efficiently manage its appropriations.
