Eligibility of Protective Services Civilian Employees; an individual employed as a protective services civilian employee at a military installation may be permitted to purchase food and hygiene items at a commissary store located on that military installation.
Protective services civilian employees are in a position of the following series of the General Schedule. Only the individual employee has shopping privileges, not dependents and/or family members.

Security Guard (GS-0085) Emergency Management (GS-0089)
Ensure all protective services civilian employees are aware there is currently no user fee.
